CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED WHEN USING MINI TRAMPOLINES

• I have a section in my Starbound book related to children mini trampoline exercise workouts on rebounders. It is most important that children are taught foundation rebounding exercise skills relative to posture and technique.
• They must be taught to get on and off the rebounder carefully. I prefer to have children sit down when getting on and off the rebounder.
• This prevents them jumping off excitedly and the possibility of them tripping on the spring cover of the mini trampoline or stumbling at speed into surrounding objects. I have never witnessed an accident with children using rebounders because
• I am very fussy as to how they approach the mini trampoline with respect to safety. Parents or adults in charge must undertake this supervision

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Michele Wilburn Ltd to you, the purchaser of goods and services including your use of the website at www.starbounding.com ("the website"). They are effective from March 24th February 2024 and will replace all earlier Starbound terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on my website.

To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.

Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Prices for goods and services stated on this website are inclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

New Zealand rebounders are delivered direct from the manufacturer with my Starbound books and video showcase membership passwords in the package if you have purchased them or if they are on promotional offer.

 Depending on location, delivery time can be between 2 -14 days.

We will use all reasonable effort to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

All prices for purchases in New Zealand  are in NZ Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise.

• Elsewhere on this website prices may be displayed in Au dollars for Australia, UK GBP sterling for countries of the the UK, Euros for European Union countries, and in USA $ dollars for the USA. Prices all include delivery.

•  All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
  
  An invoice/receipt will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and address details for delivery are correct.
  
  All Warranty returns are to be shipped at the expense of the customer. Each sale comes with a two year Warranty on parts and assembly, with fair and reasonable use as instructed.
   
• We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
  
  Where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.   We may deliver notices to you by sending them to an email address that you have notified to us.
• All rebounders purchased on my site are delivered by courier directly from the main dispatch manufacturing warehouse or from a manufacturing distribution centre where stock is held, depending on your country of purchase.
• I oversee the delivery process of your goods by liasing with the manufacturer in each country.
• All orders are processed on my site with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. When you proceed to pay you will be offered the opportunity to login if you have a Paypal account. 
• You can simply choose to pay by card, or any variety of other payment options offered by PayPal in regards to your country region.
• As soon as you have confirmed the payment details of your order with  PayPal your details will be processed in a completely secure encrypted system. No human is able to view your card details at any point in the transaction I personally do not see any card or payment details from my customers.
• Payments are processed securely with PayPal. When your payment has been processed you will receive an email notification from PayPal and I will receive an email with your delivery and product information passed immediately on to me.

Prior to dispatch of your order

 

I contact you prior to dispatch by email with your invoice/receipt details and  to check address and phone details for the courier.

 

If you prefer to pay by direct online bank transfer please email me and I can provide bank account details.

 

Please email me if the item you want to purchase is outside the country product page where it is listed, so I can obtain a delivery quote for you. In that case I will provide details of how to order, providing a secure PayPal link where you can place an order with a price to include shipping. 

 

USA rebounder package orders

 

For the USA rebounders on my site, maunfactured in the USA including Needak rebounders, are delivered directly from the manufacturer, where your warranty, and all spare parts are held. New Zealand Lymphaciser rebounders are dispatched from New Zealand by tracked delivery with DHL - there is a set charge for the service included in the price displayed on the purchase pages.

 

 

International Orders - Delivery Charges

• If ordering from a country outside of New Zealand ... According to the laws of your country you may be charged customs and tax duty. It is your responsibility to check and accept charges for your own countries customs and taxes if applicable according to the law of your country.
• Please email me regarding international orders, for delivery to any address outside the country region the goods are displayed. I will obtain a quote with surplus delivery charges according to the best rates available at the time of request. I will email you with an accurate price to include shipping before we dispatch any orders and arrange to take payment in full before we dispatch any items.

 

 

 

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

 

• Delivery of items purchased for an address within your own country usually occurs  occurs within 2 to 7 days of clearance of dispatch.
• Starbound Books and videos may beposted/deliveredf separately from your rebounder package depending on stock at the time of your order.
• If your item is not in stock in your country of residence/purchase you will be contacted with the option of either waiting or for the item to be shipped direct from the manufacturer; alternatively you may request a refund which is processed back to your account from PayPal.

If your items are being shipped from another country deliveries usually reach worldwide destinations in approx. 5 to 10 days, with tracked courier services with DHL or by post for books.

• If any delay is expected due to stock, or for any other reason, you will be notified by email upon receipt of your order.
• If your items do not arrive within the expected time please contact me directly by email, so that a trace can be put on the parcel, and delivery fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Damages in transit or incomplete items

 

• Shortages and damage in transit must be notified no later than 3 days from receipt of goods.
• When you sign for an article you are verifying that it has reached you in good condition.
• If an item is clearly damaged in transit or you expect it may be damaged, please inspect the item before signing.
• Please email me immediately if this is the case so we can follow through the return of the items and arrange a replacement for you.
• Non-delivery must be notified within 14 days after the date of the invoice. We will not be held responsible for any problems or damages caused by delays in delivery of any nature.

 

Returns Policy and Warranty conditions

 

1. Further details in regards to terms and conditions may vary and be displayed from the different country regions on this site on specific ordering pages.
2. Starbound Workout videos and books can not be returned.
3. Any other Goods can only be returned or exchanged with prior agreement and arrangement.
4. To discuss the return of any product for any reason you must contact within 7 days of delivery of your items.
5. For any returns, other than for items that have been delivered in a damaged or faulty state, you will be expected to pay for delivery charges, including the full amount incurred in delivery both ways, and any associated administrative costs.
6. Please choose your items carefully - I am fully available to answer your queries by email and advise what I feel will be most suitable for you. On some casses I advise againsr rebounding- and trust you understand I have your best interests in mind when offering advise.
7. Goods must be returned with all initial packaging in tact and if they have been unused except in the case of faulty goods.
8. Any cosmetic items purchased will only be refundable if they have remain unopened and unused, except in the case of faulty goods.
9. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

• Any warranty queries are referred to me and dealt with by myself on your behalf directly through the manufacturer.
• We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. All prices hold as from the time the order is placed and confirmed.
• Prices quoted on this website are correct at the time of publication. All goods are packed and dispatched from the manufacturing warehouses or associated distributors outlets.  Videos are dispatched from NZ
• Books ordered at the same time as mini trampoline rebounders usually arrive packaged inside the rebounder packaging.
• If not in stock at the rebounder warehouse from where the rebounder is dispatched books and videos will be posted separately and will usually arrive following your rebounder package.

 

Warranty for purchasers of the Needak® rebounder:

 

Warranty claims from outside the country of the purchase of your items require prepayment of shipping charges by the purchaser. On ALL shipments outside the US the purchaser and/or recipient is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs fees, etc.

I totally respect your privacy in regard to all correspondence submitted and never pass your details, including address and email details on to any other parties except for courier delivery where address and telephone details are required. Payment and Delivery Details

 

Orders in the Starbound Shop are processed with PayPal - safely and securely. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

 

 

 

Your delivery details are passed on to me immediately from PayPal by email. I process your order through the warehouse personally and contact you by email. I send you an invoice/receipt of order, containing your delivery details and online tracking when available. Your personal details are not provided in any form to any other parties except for delivery.

We arrange delivery of all mini trampoline rebounders worldwide, along with my Starbound Workout rebounder exercise workout DVDs and books.

 

Rebounders are packaged direct from the manufacturer or from a courier warehouse. DVDs if sent as single items are packaged in compact cases. If they are not in stock when your order is processed they may be sent separately by post so that they arrive asap.
